We accept returns of unopened products purchased at full price within 14 days of purchase and issues refunds to qualified returns less the cost of return label and restocking fee of $10 USD. Items purchased using a discount code or on sale do not qualify for a return.
All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact)Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or make-up will not be refunded. Please also be aware that we will not refund on items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor.
